Special thank you to the Ritter Public Library Foundation for your collaboration on this event.
A few rules:
1. You need a lantern to march. Otherwise, you're a spectator. We love spectators! Watch from Exchange Park, Friendship Park or Fulper Lot Lawn.
2. Absolutely NO FLAMES. All lanterns are lit with LED lights. Example of lights: HERE
3. No pets in the parade.
4. Children must walk next to their adults at all times.
